Pembroke Welsh Corgi (Corgi)
Description: Pembroke Welsh Corgi is a dog that is up to 10 to 12 inches tall, about 27 to 30 pounds. They come in many coats: Fawn, Black and Tan, Black, Grey, Black and White, Sable, and Red. They have a long undercoat and a longer topcoat. Their coat needs to be groomed daily and shedding can become a problem if grooming is not up to their needs.

Temperament: They are happy, intelligent, active, alert, loving, stubborn, independent, bold, outgoing, friendly, and protective. These are characteristics a Pembroke Welsh Corgi can have to make up their personalities.

1- Queen Elizabeth II was a fan of the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, and she always had one after her first that was named Dookie.
2- More popular than the other Welsh Corgi, the Cardigan Welsh Corgi.
3- In Celtic, "Cor" means "dwarf" and "gi" means "dog", giving them part of their name, Corgi.
