     The Doberman Pinscher is a strong, athletic dog that is described as loyal, fearless, and alert.The are about 24-28 inches tall.Their body is sleek with very short fur that comes in black, blue, red, or fawn with brown markings.

History

     The Doberman Pinscher was developed by Louis Dobermann. It was developed in the 19th century in Apolda, Germany. Louis hoped that the dog would be a good protector to him on his rounds as a taxman. The dog quickly gained the reputation of an amazing working dog and is now one of America's most popular working breeds.
